With over 15 years of experience in the fields of psychology and counseling, I have developed a unique approach to Life Coaching that combines evidence-based practices with a client-centered focus. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and I am a certified Life Coach.
About Me
I grew up in California in the ’70s as the youngest of three girls. We were a “normal” family but I recall never really feeling connected to anybody but my mom -- not even to myself. Subconsciously, I was searching for my purpose from a very young age, while assuming the labels others gave me, both good and bad . . .
